Media Coordinator- Canada Summer Jobs

Duration: 8 Weeks
Job location: Scarborough, ON

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creates content highlighting ACCT events on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Assists in forming engaging content to attract new ACCT client
  • Creates engaging content to promote and attract volunteers
  • Creates content for newsletter
  • Edits and proofread written pieces before publishing.
  • Monitors engagement on ACCT’s social media.
  • Assists in creating engaging social media content on ACCT platforms and plays a major role in creating all prints and media production for ACCT.

Requirements:

  • University/College student or graduate
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite Programs is an asset
  • Knowledge in managing and moderating multiple social media platforms is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail skill
  • Between the age 17 to 30
  • Able to work 35 hours per week Monday to Friday; remotely or onsite
  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment
  • Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
